🇮🇹best pizza in town! The crust is so soft and delicious exactly what I was craving. On top of that, the service was fantastic. Highly recommend if you love authentic Italian pizza

I grabbed 2 slices of cheese, this is some of the best pizza ive had in awhile. It was boxd up HOT and dripping with cheese. It had just enough greae grease on it, I was able to keep my shirt clean while I ate it on my walk. Highly reccomend!

Great pizza. Had two plain cheese slices. That’s how I can tell if they know what they’re doing. Wow! Well balanced. Not too much sauce or oil or cheese. Great NY slice. Great dough. Crispy yet soft, and goes down like water. Get more than 2 slices. I had a Stromboli with sausage and onions but they’ll do it up however you like. It was the size of my calf! Delicious!!! I can’t say enough how good it tasted. Fresh and light. Just happy eating it with two hands like a groundhog. No heartburn after! which is a huge surprise with pizza places for me. I loved it. Try it! Don’t miss out! The guys are great and happy To feed you.

My fiancé and I order from Pies Guys in Syracuse every week, we order delivery, and they never disappoint. Our most recent order (Wednesday, September 24th, 2025) showed again why they’re our go-to, everything arrived piping hot, fresh, and perfectly packed. The pizza was so fresh out of the oven it was still steaming when we opened the box. The weekly pizza special(s) are always creative and consistently delicious, but their classic pizza is just as impressive, real, authentic, and full of flavor. The fried dough is unbeatable: hot, crispy, and soft cooked perfectly, the kind of treat you usually only expect at a fair. The chicken tenders hit that perfect balance of crunchy outside and well-cooked on the inside, (and their calzones are generously filled and baked just right). What makes Pies Guys stand out is their consistency. Every delivery order has been correct, no forgotten items, on time (even when busy), and handled with care. Nothing ever arrives soggy, smushed, or lukewarm, it’s always exactly how it should be. They also do a great job accommodating requests, which shows how much they value their customers. Unfortunately lesson learned. Don't order fish from a pizza place. It was like rubber. Fries were hard as rocks. Coleslaw was terrible. Asked for extra tartar. Nope. At least the salad is edible. I received $5 off for first time order. Hopefully, their pizza is better. Likely will not order again, though. And the bag leaked on my seat of my car. Made it smell horrible. Suggestion. Maybe use plastic bags in the future.
